A doctor (one of many) is going before a trial/jury because he supposedly wrote out thousands of internet prescriptions. He said that he only prescribed "lifestyle" drugs (mentioned viagra amongst others) and nothing "heavy duty". Supposedly the government is going after internet drug companies (I know, not new news) and to impose new regulations in my state.
So does Phentermine fall under the "lifestyle" drugs?

Phentermine according to my pharmacy and my doctor is a "controlled substance". It is addictive. I am very surprised we can get in on the internet.
It won't be long now, Ephedra is pulled and Phen will probably be the next government target!
I can tell you I did not have an easy time getting this prescription out of my doc this time. I got a 30 day prescription with refills, but my pharmacy wouldn't fill it until they talked to my doctor.
Someone is watching / protecting their butt!
