I found this online thought i would share am thinking of trying it thought i would share

TAKE-OFF PLANS 2-DAY AND 3-DAY

THE TAKE OFF 2-DAY AND 3-DAY TAKE OFF PLANS ARE VERY SIMILAR. THESE PLAN ARE USED TO LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY.

* 2 Day Plan is Hard, REQUIRES TAKE OFF JUICE, You can make your own (RECIPE INCLUDED) or you can substitute it with the 'HOLLYWOOD MIRACLE DRINK' ( SAME RESULTS) and also requires 2 Protein bars per day (LOOK FOR BARS WIRH HIGH PROTEIN/LOW CARB COUNT & CALORIE RANGE OF 110-210) I use the slim fast bars.

* 3 Day Plan is very similar to the 2 day take off plan except you use the take off juice in place of the 2 oranges. Also lets you have an unlimited amount of certain foods.

The take off juice is also a diet by itself. The 2 and 3 day plans you can lose up to 10 pounds on each one!

2 DAY TAKE-OFF PLAN

Now you can lose weight at the speed of light -- in just 2 DAYS!!!!!
On the two day Take-Off plan, you'll increase your metabolism while your body burns fat. Your body also becomes more efficient in turning over nutrients, especially fat, to use for energy. The Take-Off plan has been designed to rejuvenate and prepare you for accelerated weight loss. The NEW Take-Off juice has been specially prepared to help you lose weight quickly and successfully.

Durning this phase of this program, use the following menu (daily):
• Take-Off Juice (Recipe included)
• 2 protein bars
• 2 green vegetables
• 6 oz. Cooked lean meat

FOOD Selections: Please use this list to make choices for protein and vegetables on this plan.
Protein Choices - 6 ounces cooked
(Prepare foods by steaming, baking, or broiling; remove skin before preparation to reduce fat)
• Beef - filet, lean
• Blue fish
• Fish - striped bass, halibut, lake perch fresh tuna, dolphin, lobster, shrimp, sole, whitefish, flounder, red snapper, grouper, yellow tail
• Liver - low fat beef liver, calf liver, chicken liver
• Poultry - breast
• Tuna - canned low sodium
• Turkey - breast or ground turkey breast
• Veal - cutlet, rump, chop
Vegetarian protein Choices - 6 ounces cooked
• 1 1/2 cup egg beaters
• 12 egg whites
• 2 cups tofu
Vegetable Choices - 2 selections
(Use fresh vegetables or frozen vegetables 1/2 cup cooked or 1 cup raw)
• Asparahus
• Broccoli
• Cabbage - green
• Chard
• Collard greens
• Cucumber - 1/4 medium
• Green onions
• Kale
• Lettuce
• Mustard greens
• Pepper - green, 1/2 medium
• Spinach
• String beans
• Zucchini
How To Use This Plan
• Dilute 4 oz, take off juice with 4 oz of water. Repeat this 4 times each day. In additions, you must also drink 6 - 8 8 oz glasses of water. The water is vital for these two days!
• Morton Lite Salt - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp. Per day for potassium - required.
• No more than 2 regular 6 oz. Cups of coffee per day while on the 2 day Take-Off Plan.


3 Day Weight Loss Featuring Take Off

The purpose of this short 3 day plan phase is to assist your body in reaching the optimum chemical balance. You will lose weight in a fast, safe and enjoyable way. CHanging food composition intake signals the body to burn stored fat as its major source of energy. This immediate change to rapid fat metabolism promotes quick weight loss, improves you energy, and minimizes hunger!

During this program, you must use the following menu daily:

Unlimited proteins - meat, poultry, fish
Unlimited raw, green, salad vagetables
2 eggs or 1/2 cup eggbeaters
2 glasses of Take-off juice
8 - 8 oz glasses of water
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Morton's Lite Salt

Absolutely no other foods are permitted during this diet-no peas, breads, pasta, milk, cheese, or other condiments ( mayo, relish, or ketchup)

Food Selections: use this list to make choices for protein, vegetables, and other required foods during LA 3 DAY EXPRESS DIET.

Protein Choices - Unlimited
You can have unlimited amounts of the following meats, poultry, and fish. ( Ma be eaten with skin but no breading.)

• Beef - are roast, chuck roast, flank steak, filet mignon, ground meat, round steak, rump roast, sirloin steak, T-bone steak.
• Chicken and Turkey - breast, drumsticks, ground chicken or turkey, thighs, wings.
• Fish - bluefish, cod, dolphin, flounder, grouper, haddock, lake perch, orange roughy, perch, red snapper, salmon, scallops, scrod, sole, spot, swordfish
• Lamb - chop, cubed, crown roastm flank, loin
• Liver - beef, calf, chicken
• Shellfish (fresh)- dams, crab, lobster, mussels, oysters, shrimp
• Tuna- fresh of canned; packed in water only
• Veal- chop, cubed, cutlet, rump

Vegetables Choices - Unlimited
Use fresh, raw vegatables
Asparagus, Broccoli, Celery, Cucumbers, Endive, Escarole, Green Beans, Green Cabbage, Iceberg Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Spinach, Swiss Chard, and Zucchini.

Eggs- 2 Daily or 1/2 c. eggbeaters daily

Morton Lite Salt - 1/4 tsp. Daily. This is required each day for potassium

Water - EIGHT 8 oz. glasses of water MUST be consumed daily. ( Perrier, seltzer water, or mineral water may be substituted) Space water as follows: 24 oz. Noon--6pm; 16 oz. 6pm--bedtime.

Limited Foods
• Artificial Sweetener- up to 3 packets per day
• Diet Soda - up to 24 oz. per day
• Coffee - up to two 6 oz. cups per day;either regular or decaffeinated
• Tea - up to two 6 oz. cups per day; either regular or decaffeinated
• Hot Fresh lemon Water - up to 2 cups per day, this acts as a natual diuretic to relieve a full or bloated feeling
• Seasonings - any seasoning may be used to enhance the flavor of food as long as it contains no sugar or salt
NOTE : you may use butter, margarine, or oil preparing your foods. Use oil and vinegar or light salad dressings on your salads.

Take - off Juice - 2 glasses only
Combine 5 oz. of drink with 5 oz. of water, repeat (2) two times each day for a total of 3 days; refrigerate; use one drink in the morning and one in the afternoon

TAKE OFF JUICE RECIPE
Just follow this simple recipe to make this EXACT drink!!
1 cup Papaya juice
1 banana
1/2 cup green tea, strongly brewed
1 scoop soy protein powder with spirulina
1/2 cup blueberries (can be frozen)
1/4 cup carrot juice
1/4 cup apricot juice
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 packet of sweet & low or equal
Blend all of the above ingrediants together until smooth. Serve over ice. Recipe yields
2 servings. Drink every 3 hours or less (up to 6 times a day)
*** Try to use juices with no added sugars or corn syrups, as this is the key to losing quickly***
Supplement with 1/2 cup of any of the following RAW veggies between shakes for anyone doing just the take off diet: (for those using the 2 or 3 day plans... follow directions according to those plans)
• Celery, baby carrots, green pepper slices, mushroom slices, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, yellow squash slices
Do this diet for only 2 days, you can go 3, BUT no longer!! This is meant to jump start your weight loss or get off those pesky 5 -10 pounds quickly. It is not meant to be continued after 3 days. It can, however, be repeated every 1 to 2 weeks or so. Consult your doctor before starting any diet.

Wow KB-This sounds good. I think I might try it.

Where did you get this from, I would like to point some of my peers in this direction.
