I am back....does anyone remember me ???

I did stop posting and have gained almost to my all time highest weight.

I need a wake UP call to get back to losing this weight.

I am hating myself and need to feel better about myself.

Hi Proud! I feel ya! I took Phen-fen years ago and dropped a lot of weight and kept it off for a pretty long while. Then my life started spinning out of control and I used food for comfort. I gained it all back PLUS LOTS MORE. I finally made a decision to try to pull myself back from the void and just ordered some more phen. I found this board and I am really digging the members here. Everyone is so encouraging!!

I know you can do this girl!! We can do it together - I will be your cheerleader when and if you need one!

Thanks all for your responses it really helped me out......feeling a little lonely there for awhile.

Star--- I remember ya---you are pretty cool!! lots of laughs with your posts I remember. My plans for losing weight....let me just take one step at a time. I am enjoy getting in the groove of reading and posting right now. The support thing is kicking in. I will soon post my goals and challenges. Thanks though.

Cats---Good for you for taking control and WELCOME to the group!! I truely need a cheerleader. Spinning out of control is just like me. I feel ya! I have been through alot lately and need the group to help me out.
