    I haven't been on this site in a while well until i got on the scale and since the begging of Dec I have gained 15 Pounds I cant belive it this just has pushed me over the edge once and for all, I need to do something. I was going to order some pills but Im not sure which ones to get. I was just wondering what worked for you? What do you think are better. I just want some idea's. I plan to watch what i eat and start to exercise. I read some post regarding trim-spa & thermo slim, and phen. I want your opinion on what you think. Help... Millie

    I take the 30 mg time release phen and it seems to be working. Good luck you can do it!

    I was on 15 mg and it work well for me(I was only on it a month). It seems to me most here take 30mg.
    I took ThermoSlim several years back, lost 40 pounds on it but gained most back. BUT It does contain ephedra...they call it MU HUNG. I would recommend to try something else. (like phen)

    Slow during the weekends. Which is a good sign, we have lives. Crap, then why i am posting so much this weekend.

    I use the 30 mg yellow capsules.

    If u are new to phen i'd consider the 30 mg or 37.5 mg capsules. But some people find that this is too much and to be safest the 15 mg tablets might be the best choice if u are not worried about the additional expense. They give u more flexibility.

    I didnt reply because ive never taken any meds for weight loss. When I got denied a **, I decided to do this all on my own. Exercise and portion conrol. So far so good.

    Millie, don't pout , many people don't answer these posts because what works for them may not necessarily work or be safe for you. I guess it would all depend on how much weight you want/need to lose and what your medical condition is. Good luck to you deciding and the best of luck on losing the weight you want to.

    I lost about 40 lbs the first time I did phen (37.5mg). I also did step aerobics at that time. It doesn't do anything for me anymore. Even if I stop taking it for months at a time, when I start back up I'm still hungry. I just ordered Trimspa so I'm hoping that it'll give me an energy boost and help curb my appetite. I also got a gym membership and I plan on working my butt off.. literally! Good Luck and let us know what you do!!

    Millie - This is my first time on phen, and it's the only thing that has ever worked. I also go to the gym and work out with weights and cardio. I drink at least 2 liters of water every day...I try to eat small portions of healthy food. I've cut out all processed foods. YES i could lose weight doing all these things without the phen...but the phen takes your appetite away, which in turn takes your obsession with food away! It allows me to make good choices where food is concerned. Its an amazing feeling to go about your day NOT obsessing about food and feeling hungry!

    I'm told the phen doesnt work forever, so im trying to change my lifestyle and develop good habits NOW, while it's still working! I think thats all you can do.

    Oh, btw, I take the 37.5's and LOVE them!

    You're going to be fine, we're all in this together! If you have any questions, just ask, we're all going thru the same thing here.

    I worked all weekend....Saturday I walked 8 miles just at work!! I was just so tired over the weekend that my computer didn't even get turned on. I used the blue/clear 30 mg phen I took them first thing in the morning before I exercised and then I would eat 30 minutes to an hour after I exercised. I lost 35 lbs from May 2003 to August. I am now back on the 30 mg phen and I am hoping to loose the last 10 or so pounds. I have tried didrex and over the counter stuff but nothing has helped me like the phen. I love it mainly because it helps me get in all my water. It is really though an individual thing what might work for one person may not work for the next person. Exercise and watching what you eat is so important. I strength train 3-4 x'sa week and do some sort of cardio 5-6 x's a week. I hope this helped
