Somehow my sclae has managed to stay in the hosue now for a whole week. I have been weighing everyday like a mad women. And it has gone in between 171-175 all last week. This morning it was 171!!!! Should I believe it??? Cuz I don't! I will retire the scale again and wait til I got to the doc Nov. 15. I have one month left on phen to lose some more weight. I would have a stroke if I was to hop on the scale in Nov. and see 160's. I haven't seen those since high school. I think 11th grade. So that will be 8-9 years ago. Well the scale is getting the boot cuz I hate wondering if I'm 175 or 171 or 173 or 180! I just want to know how much I REALLY weigh. Well I am going to go have breakfast and hang out with Kassidy Have a good day everyone!

Goodmorning girly! I know how you feel about the scale. Good one day and bad the next. Try your best to avoid it as much as possible. Ours stays in the dining room floor. So every day I pass it. It is SOOO hard not to jump on it every 5 mins. But for the most part I just do not have that much time for that. Unless I really want to torture myself. I have a Doctor appt tomorrow morning. Of all the times I have a doctor appt. after my vacation. Thats a mistake right there. So I imagine I will be at the gym for about 8 hours tonight to try to work this fat off!! LOL
I like the picture too!! Its a good one!

I'm sure you did ok eating on vacation You look great thats all that matters! Wow this site hasn't been to exciting today or yesterday. I haven't recieved many posts at all on things I post. Oh well. Thanks Miki My breakfast was ok. Lunch was GREAT though. I bought a lb. of Healthy Choice Honey Smoked Turkey! It is GREAT! I asked to see the nutrional facts at the deli and it has 50 calories and only 1 gram of fat in 2 oz! I had 3oz in my sandwich at lunch so I had 75 calories BUT STILL! I love it! Well I feel like I am not doing well again. I don't believe the amount I eat. Like I see that one medium potatoe is 100 calories, (I plan on having a baked potatoe with dinner) and I said to Alex, can they lie on the nutrional facts on the back of the bag of potatoes? I'm worried I'm having more cals then I should be EVEN THOUGH I COUNT EACH AND EVERY ONE! Oh well.

Kristen, I would believe the 171 number. I don't know how ya'll can weigh every day! I would pull every strand of my hair out, lol. I haven't weighed in over a month, just going by the way my clothes fit thing. So far so good and it doesn't seem to depress me as bad.

I weigh everyday. I cant help myself. Plus it keeps me focused on watching what i eat and reminds me to exercise. The scale has been stuck the last couple of days but i shouldnt complain, cos ive lost about 9lbs in the last 2 weeks. But i always lose fast in the first week or so of starting a new med...so now its time for the real hard work to start. The tenuate is making walking on the treadmill real easy....my energy levels just keep on and on.

Dawn,
I weigh every day too. It fluctuates up and down, but the more I lose, the less the fluctuation.

The trick is to not get upset if it reads higher. As long as I am on plan, I know that it means I am just carrying water or something. The reason I step on it so often is that I am excited to see it go down (which I know it will).

I usually don't weight everyday. BUT I brought in the house... and I keep forgetting to put it back in the car. Which I am gunna go do now Thanks for the reminder!
