    Ok, I'm almost to goal...and almost out of phen! I figure I won't re-order. I'm just scared to death! What should I expect? I have such a fear of stopping the phen and eating everything in sight. I have 11 left. Should I start going to every other day? to wean myself off?

    Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

    Kristen,, WAY TO GO!! Almost to goal, what a grand feeling!

    That is exactly what I would do. I have done that, when taking a break from phen. I take 37.5's so, I would quarter them. I always took them in halves, well I did get up to almost 2 a day for a while, rapid hairloss stopped that for me lol.
    So, since my body was used to halves, I would quarter them. First I went to one half, every other day, then a quarter every other day.
    I had changed my way of eating while on the phen and accustomed myself to exercise, that usually is what will get you thru not gaining the weight back when you stop using the phen. If youve not given your body the opportunity to accustom itself to your new way of eating healthy, then stopping the phen may in fact bring a bit of the weight back...just be strong and determined.

    You have a great, upbeat personality, I feel that in alot of posts that I read of yours. YOU'LL DO GREAT!

    I agree with theNEWme... while on Phen you got into a routine of diet and exercise that work for you... dropping the Phen will not send you on a eating binge.

    Trust yourself. Have faith in your determination and courage.

    And Luna -- I know you have lost a lot of weight... just because you aren't at goal doesn't mean you haven't achieved great things.

    Wow, thanks everyone!! I'm really finding that I'm a lot less focused on food than I was before. Before phen and losing the weight, I would eat a meal, clean it up..and immediately look for a snack, or start planning the next meal. Stopping to put gas in the van meant buying a candy bar and coke, too. No more! I'm also a bigtime grouch if I don't get to go to the gym every day. I'm hoping that carries me through. I think my big concern is that I'm going off of phen the same time I'm going home for vacation. Two weeks of my mother's cooking! ACK!!!

    I take capsules, so I can't cut them...but maybe the every other day thing will work the same way for me! And Luna? You're doing awesome! You'll be there before ya know it!

    I'd keep some around for that thing that happens every month. I swear that's when I would gain all the weight back.

    And who says smoked tofu gives you the munchies???

    Good Luck! Getting off is hard, so I've heard. But, if you do it like NEW did, I think you'll be fine. I just received my last **, in the mail today. I am stopping next month to try and get preggo.
