Kaydin... go to wherever you have your pic ONLINE... like mypicgallery.com then right click on the larger picture and go to properties.. highlight and copy the URL address .....example

then paste it in your message or on your profile box put [IMG]then right next to that no spaces hit control v and paste that URL address then put [/IMG]right after that no spaces..

OH... and if when you are doing it.. the first [img] shows up on one line and the URL address on another .. that's ok.. just dont YOU put any spaces.. hope that helps.. this was very frustrating for me when I first started.
