I have been so hungry the last couple of days since really going out on my bike (9+ miles on Saturday 4 today not counting what I did last week) but I am so hungry. Is this normal? I am not hungry for the stuff I am normally hungry for like icecream and cookies and stuff but steak, hamburger ((MEAT))- the stuff I don't even want to consider eating. Am I burning something that I need that is making me crave this food or what? I don't even want to think about eating any red meat as I have lost the desire for it, but my body feels like I am lacking it. Helpppp?! Is there anything I can do for this? What is my body telling me?

(yummmm) Have you tried the Healthy Choice? They have peanut butter cup and a brownie with caramel. The brownie with caramel is delicious. There is another one that tastes ok it is by Skinny cow. But I am taking a break even from the icecream because it is so hard to just eat that 1/2 cup (haha they got their nerve) and although it could be low fat or fat free the carbs get ya
