Quick update for anyone reading this for the first time.
I started a personal challenge to adopt one new healthy step a week. My first was water ... to drink 12 servings a day. Then I upped it to 14. The next week was to add in cardio 5x a week. I've been very successful.
This week it is to make dinner my last amount of food for the night. I eat late enough where anything I am eating after that (which is normally often) it just based on emotional eating.
This will be a hard week for me and a hard step, but I am ready!
Anyone can join in, but I started this thread to just feel accountable. I have Phen, but don't take it. I want to completely change my habits ... not just suppress my hunger.

I ate dinner and am NOT eating again. Will post tomorrow AM to this fact to keep me on track.
I didn't realize how bad my nighttime eating was until last night! I was having withdrawals. I've never been on an elliptical. They look like fine though.
Hey Em, hope you feel better girl. If you are really down, maybe ease up on the exercise??
