Well, I had my first "fat day" yesterday ... it was a long, long time since I have been down on myself. I was cleaning windows (on the outside) and just kept staring at myself and finding things to hate. Anyone who knows me, knows I do NOT do this. I really like myself.

Now I'm wondering if I really DO like myself because I found about a dozen body parts to pick apart. I even changed my clothes.

I honestly heard my reactive brain say, "give up," but I won't. I just wrote it all in my journal, re-read what I said about slow and permanent change, thought about the good I have accomplished the last three weeks and I will continue.

Cater, what kind of suggestions did you want? I don't take Phen, but I think more water is a good idea. 14 can't hurt. Half your body weight in ounces is a good equation, then more if you exercise.

Missus, wow, you do drink lots of water! I hope your bike ride was a good one. I didn't know you weight trained. Did you just start? Do you like it?

Mel and FattyMcButter, I hope you're out there and doing well.

Forgot to mention, hubby bought me a candy bar last night ... actually gave me four to choose from (enabler anyone? lol) and I said, "No thanks, I'm not eating at night anymore, remember?" Felt like an alien took over my body!

So, that was another night of not eating!

Powerwalked with children who rode their bicycles. So, consider it running. LOL Did over 30 minutes.

4 more waters to go, but won't be back tonight.
