New w/ dosage ? - Phentermine.com

Hello, I have JUST started with the Phen..on it for about 3 wks. My doc has started me with just 10 mg....taking it at 10 am...works great until about 4pm and then I am hungry again...he has said he would up the dosage when I see him next week if I would like....my ? is..is it better to take a small dose 2x/day or a larger dose 1x/day. Anyone have any experience with this?? Thanks in advance:0)

I find a high dose once a day works for me..i worry if a took a second dose later in the day i would not sleep at night.

I've never heard of 10mg phen. I thought the lowest you could get was 15mg. maybe try the 37.5mg. they can be broke in half so you can take them at 2 different times a day or just once a day when your body starts to get used to them.

everyone is different.you need to find out what works for you.10mg is a very low dose. Is it really phentermine or something else?

Hi Rhonda, Thanks for your input...yep it really is Phentermine..I double ck'd the ** bottle..it is actually a 15 mg. pill, not 10 though...it a yellow and gray capsule. I am going to speak with my Dr. next week about upping the dosage. I know I have lost weight, I am not weighing myself until I get to his office..I don't want to sidetrack my motivation with daily fluctuations.

I'm probably not the best person to take advice from b/c I take 2 high doses about 3 days/week. Otherwise I take one 30mg or 1 37.5mg/day. I like the 30s and the 37.5s

ok that makes more sense to me. I had never heard of 10mg phen

I started on the 30mg and they worked really well for me. I'd tell your dr that they are wearing off early in the day.
