Okay, I have been off of here for a few weeks, but something happened yesterday that gave me a kick in the pants that I needed. My hubby and I received three invitations to weddings during March, April and May. The one that is really motivating me is the end of April. We are invited b/c my husband is really good friends with the brides family, but the bride and I don't get along. I don't know what it is but we NEVER hit it off. She is a very artificial person, not superficial, just artificial. And I want to look GREAT and feel great about myself.
So today is the day that I start my three month goal of losing 25 pounds!!!
I am down to 155 and I know I can do this. A good family friend of ours was put on Atkins by her doctor (yes the doctor prescribed the diet for her and she is a nurse too) so I am going to do atkins. I did the protein power diet before and was able to eat and feel satisfied so I know I can do it, it is just a matter of doing it. It is 530 am now and I have my water and am getting ready to exercise and the best part is my hubby is wanting to lose the weight with me this time!!! So I have his support!!! Yeah.
Okay enough now and I will definitely keep you posted and I do have those before pics and will share at teh end of my 120 atkins days, but probably sooner since the wedding is 89 days away.
