I posted this over on the new member board but I think more people will see it here so I'm gonna repost it here.....

I'm sorta kinda new. I have been on phen before and I love it. I ran out of my 37.5s sometime in June, I didn't reorder because I wanted to give my body a break. But now I'm ready to lose these last 40 pounds ****. My husband is in the Navy and I have a Navy doctor and she WILL NOT prescribe phen, so getting the pills from my doctor is not a choice. ****, I'm not sure how it worked out for her. OK so enough babble about that! I'm 5ft7.5in tall and I weigh 190. I work out 5 days a week. I do the interval training on the treadmill for 5 miles 5 days a week. I also work out with the weights. So I know my workout is not my problem it's my eating! I love food! I guess that is enough from me for now! Thanks for Listening...

Hi Tracie and Welcome!Sounds like you get enough exercise, just watch what you eat and drink lots of water. THIS IS MY MAJOR PROBLEM RIGHT NOW!!! Its hard to drink so much water cause I cant really go to the bathroom as often as I need at work. Im in with 16 preschoolers so you dont get much time to go potty for your self.lol I will have to figure out something because I need to get the water down.Good luck and keep exercising!

Thanks for the welcome! I actually live in Honolulu but my husband is stationed out of Pearl Harbor, as for the expensive part..if I were to buy a house here or shop in the grocery stores out in town it would be way way expensive...My friends just bought a house that is 1000 sqft for 350K....Milk is 6.99 a gallon at Safeway. So I live in UGLY Navy housing and shop at the commissary (which is the military grocery store). It's not to bad. The island and the people make up for it!

Littlelilo-I think the first month I was here I gained 10 pounds! We ate out all the time. I have finally stopped that! Waikiki just had their monthly brunch on the beach...ughhh I ate so much food! If you have any suggestions on what to do or where to go let me hear them! We have only been on island for about 5 months! So far I love it!

You gadda hike to the bottom of the pali look out. It's sooooo windy, and beautiful. You have to go snorkling at sharks cove, north shore. It's just past waimea bay. ummm.....hike to the top of diamond head of course! Have you eaten at ala moana shopping food court? Yummys koreen bbq...and patty chinese kitchen hmmmmmmm good!

Try a pork manapua or half moon from patty's. Or a rice cake. ok,ok,ok shutting up now! Holy, I'm being a bad influence!

Nah, don't eat that c r a p......go for a hike or snorkle than eat a salad. yum! Hawaii has the best yogurt..."formost" it's awesome. And the best fruit! Or even a shave ice from Halaewa. You have to have a shave ice for me!

Hey, welcome !!! I loved Hawaii when we went there-I have this cute story-When we were there, we stayed at the Royal Hawaiian (the pink hotel) and while we walking near the grounds (if I can recall, there is a sorta outdoor mall nearby??) this beautiful little girl carrying several leis walked up to my mother and I and said this beautiful saying in Hawaiian, then proceeded to "lei" us... we were just cheezing.. then she says (without missing a beat) "That will be 10 dollars please." But I feel you on the prices there, my good friend was stationed (Navy too!) a few years ago, and she came to know a lot of 'natives' there, and she said it is sooo sad, all that poverty in that beautiful place.

    Hey Trac. Welcome to phen.com.

It sounds like u have a great plan. I think the thing that worked for me when I plateaued, was to not eat anything after 7 pm. And upping my water intake. So many different things to change. Maybe change the interval training?

Anyhow, good luck to you girl.
