3 FRUITS- APPLE 1 SMALL,APRICOTS-3 MED,BLACKBERRIES-1/2 CUP
CANTALOUPE 1/8LG
CHERRIES-9 MEDIUM
GRAPES-GREEN AND 10 OF THEM ETC.

2 STARCHES-BREAD-DIET BREAD 40 CAL
MELBA TOAST UNSEASONED 2 SLICES
BREAD STICK(STELLA D'ORO ORIGINAL)
FAT FREE SALTINES 4 CRACKERS ETC.
BROWN RICE COOKED HALF A CUP


1 FAT-DIET MARGERINE 1 TBSP,LOW-FAT MAYONAISE TBSP,OILS -CORN,SAFLOWER,SESAME,SOYBEAN,SUNFLOWER,CANOLA
