Thumbs up
That's great Phat! With you and your honey supporting each other through this, y'all will go far.

The only class that I've tried from the ones that you listed is the water aerobics, which I loved. It's great for a beginner.

Have fun and let us know how it goes!

Isn't that great?? Our gym has NETPULSE. I love them!!! So I can read the forums while I'm on there, or watch videos. All the ellipticals have a built in CD player, so I burn my own cds and take them up and listen to them.

I think its great, I can get on there and go for a long time and not even realize it...until I get off the elliptical and my *** cheeks are burning.

have fun Gyrl!!!

I hit the gym tonight. WOOOHOOOO. I usually get about 20-30 in on the netpulse elli, then an hour of weights (more if its not crowded) then I do 15 mins on the treadmill or bike then go cool down by walking the track for a mile or two.

I'm loving that 2.5 hours of free daycare. I usually do the above routine 3 days a week as per my personal trainer. Then I workout everyday here at home too. I got my own mini gym downstairs and a ton of videos, exercise ball and step. So I rarely get bored.

All That exercise is what got me to where I am today.
