jUST WANTED TO SEE HOW MANY OF US WERE HERE. MAYBE WE CAN DO A BUDDY THING TO SUPPORT EACH OTHER. WHETHER IT BE CHECKING UP ON EACH OTHER, GIVING ADVICE, EXERCISING TOGTEHER DEPENDING ON HOW FAR WE ARE FROM EACH OTHER, OR DOING A MONTHLY METTING.

Hey cool,I'm from charlotte to, I quess we will see who all is interested, by the way you are doing a great job and I am going to take your advice and keep a diary of what I eat.

Good, the diary has helped keep me from really just blowing it all sometimes. I can look back and see what I did in certain situations or what I ate when. Its pretty good.
