I only weigh myself every week or every 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks I ago I found out I lost 20 lbs. I was very excited. Since then I have not changed anything with my diet but when I weighed myself today I am the same weight I was 2 weeks ago. I was hoping to of lost 2 or 3 more lbs. What's up with that? I always hear people saying they hit a plateau, is that what I have hit? Can anyone else expand on this and tell me if this has happened to you or if you know why this has happened. Thanks!![]()

and its nice to know that others go through the same things! I will keep it up and hopeful my weight loss will get back on track soon! It makes sense that my body is just taking a break and getting used to the weight loss thus far and the PMS thing, could be a factor (next week for me!) So, thanks again to everyone and I hope I will be able to reach my goal by Thanksgiving! It's looking a little difficult to do but thats ok, just so there is no weight gain- I'm A-ok!!
