I was wondering what is the average weight loss per month on phen? I've been on it for 3 days. After 2 c-sections and a hysterectomy at 2 in January, my body is sagging! I weigh 193 and at 4'10" I look like a humongous. I am on the 37.5 mg. Will that make a difference in weight loss? Thanks for any answers-Susan

Mommie - I have had 5 - C-Sections. Everyone is so different. I believe that the exercise is where you get the best results for the flab!

I started Phen at 223 and after 1 month I was at 210. My doc. said typical weight loss is 15 pounds the first month and then 5-10 a month after that. I'm now at 189 and have been on Phen for four months. I was exercising 6 days a week (weights twice a week and cardio 4 times a week) and I ate about 1300-1400 calories and I drink six 32 ounces bottles of water a day. Water is a big thing. I was drinking four a day and when I upped it to six I started losing a little more faster. The big thing is don't starve yourself and eat in moderation. I still have a small piece od cake or some fries every now and then but I just have a small serving. The reason whay I say I was exercising an d eating thoise many calories is because I found out I have a hernia so I have to stop the exercise until after surgery. I also went down to 1200 caories. You really don't want to go below that though. I hope this helps and good luck!
