30 vs 37.5mg-THE DEBATE STARTS HERE!

When I ordered phent. I got the 37.5mg because stronger is better...right? I was used to taking ephedrine based supplements so I fiqured I could handle 37.5 no problem. Well, on that part I was right. On the down side I've been taking it just a little over 2 weeks with a few days off here and there and it's already lost its effectiveness.
While poking around in here I've seen brief comments by others that the 30 has worked BETTER than the 37.5. I really don't get it and am very curious of the experiences of others. It's almost time to reorder and would love some opinions. Thanks!!

I personnaly prefer the blue capsules 30mg. I think it works better for me. It seems to control my appetite very well. Of course, you cannot slip those, as they are capsules.

Over time it is not uncommon for all of them to become less effective. Your body will build a tolerance. Some do better on the 37.5 while others are ok on 15mg. There is no real way to tell which is going to best for you.

I went from 15 to 30 to 37.5mg. I was on 30 the longest of the 3. Here's my view: the 37.5 seems to be fine as far as keeping me ok as far as hunger goes. I take it about 11-12 am'ish. I have found that if I take it after about 2 (which I sometimes ended up doing w/ the 30) that i get irritable very easily! I also find that the 37.5 pills have me craving things at night more often. I am using the 37.5 pills in order to split them and ween myself from this medication. The 30mg seemed to loose some effectiveness, but so has the 37.5. When i crave at night it's just that- a craving- a mental thing, not hunger. So- i personally need to find other ways then pills to get away from that, and I mostly have.

If one isn't working for you- try the other. I know i personally would have done anything to make these things work for me, no matter the cost- so do what's right for you!

i was on 30mg the first month and loved it. My doc switched me to 37.5 I took it one month at first it was okay but it just doesn't work the same as the capsules. I think the capsules are time released. Anyway, I called yesterday and got the doc to switch me back to 30mg caps I'll let you know how it goes.
