Well i went to the doctor on Thursday for my one month weigh in (if i didnt lose weight he was going to take me off of the script) and i lost 10 lbs!! Yeah! i knew i had lost weight my clothes were loser. I didn't think i was going to lose weight but i did and it was a serious motivater i have just completed a full week of exercising (5 days a week) aerobics, weight lifting , and treadmill i hope to lose another 10 this month i hope to be down to 212 by my 21st birthday (which is June 4) i'd like to go out and celebrate with out feeling overly self concious lol.
The phentermine is not as strong though as it was in the first week or two so i have to try extra hard not to eat all of the junk food at school, work and home lol -ITS EVERYWHERE-
