I have a question, I have been on phen going on 3 months now. I am loving it btw. The only downside to it is now that the weather is finally nice here in N. Cali, I have been outside with my 2 girls. I noticed last nite that I have all these bumps on my arms, a few on my legs, none on my face though. What can I do? Have any of you done this? I can't stay inside all summer. Help!

I've been noticing them too but have been to chicken to ask anybody. I have a few on the tops of my thighs and on my arm. I was wondering if it was a phen thing or not. I don't have any on my face either. Hopefully someone can help us out.

My dr gave me a prescription for erythromyicin (sp) - it works great and is cheap.

Thanks, I am also taking singular too and I was thinking maybe it was that. So I am going to not take it today and see. Oh I hope it isn't my phen. I need those to badly. For the first time in 6 yrs, I have been losing weight. I haven't been 190lbs in that long.
