I started taking phen 2 weeks ago, I lost 7lbs the first week, and nothing this week. I'm working out the same and eating the same as I did the first week, and drinking lots of water. Please don't tell me my weight loss has stopped already? I don't have that much more to lose...started at 148, now 141 goal is 130. It makes me think that the only thing phen did for me is get rid of my water weight the first week. Help?

Patience gras******r....when you first begin to lose weight, its mostly water....the MONTHLY total will still be high. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll see results!

Also, find another way to measure success than just the scale. Measure yourself with a tape measure or go by your clothes.

You're doing great! Keep it up!

See now you are doing better than I am. I have been taking it for one week and have maybe lost 3lbs. I can't tell if it is really weight loss or if my stomach was full when I first weighed in. Don't get discouraged already. Keep working hard and you (and I) will see results.

It may take a while to lose those last ten or so pounds. The closer you get to your ideal weight the longer and harder it is to lose weight. If you weighed 200 pounds then you'd be dropping more weight. This isn't a miracle drug. Keep up the exercise, eating healthy and water and you'll get there. You should be very glad you lost seven pounds in the first week. At your weight most people only would have lost 3 or 4. Don't give up. Do you do weights at all? If not you should add that in. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn.

Thanks all for your encouragement. I know that the last 10-15lbs are the hardest to lose, I've been struggling with them for years. It was just discouraging to me to see all these posts about people losing 20 some pounds in the first month...but then you are right, most of them have much more weight to lose. I do work out with weights, probably not as much as I should, maybe I'll step it up a notch. Thanks again.
