Thread: Mixing up your diet, plateau busters, "WI"?? etc. (WW users please c'mere!)

    Question

    A friend of mine started WW on-line last week. Since I did WW a few years back, she was asking me some questions about it, etc.

    Anyway, she read on one of the message boards there something about if your weightloss stalls to try "WI" - that's what everyone kept referring to. She couldn't figure out what "WI" stood for. It was something about mixing up your food intake to trick your body and jumpstart your weightloss.

    Any ideas what she might be referring to??? thanks!

    Hi Twiceblessed! I think she might be referring to the "Wendie Plan." Not WI, I know, but the Wendie Plan uses WW points, but mixes up the days - really low points one day, really high another, etc. Supposed to trick the metabolism into not slowing down. There's a whole little system she worked out.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure Cassie's right, its the Wendy plan. There should be a link to it in WW boards, but if not, PM me, and I'll send it to you. Good luck--you're doing great!
