A friend of mine started WW on-line last week. Since I did WW a few years back, she was asking me some questions about it, etc.
Anyway, she read on one of the message boards there something about if your weightloss stalls to try "WI" - that's what everyone kept referring to. She couldn't figure out what "WI" stood for. It was something about mixing up your food intake to trick your body and jumpstart your weightloss.
Any ideas what she might be referring to??? thanks!
