Hi, everyone! I saw some questions, PMs, and general confusion concerning the new challenge I'm starting over on the Challenge forum.

OK, it's like this ...

For anyone who has been having trouble sticking with your eating plan, this is the opportunity for you to join others and finally COMMIT to it. I don't care WHAT plan you're doing -- WW, The Zone, the Cabbage soup diet, low cal, low fat, WHATEVER ... head on over.

You decide how long you want your challenge to be although the thread will be ongoing and there will be weekly weigh-ins, which you can opt out of if you wish.

So, if you're waffling and need some place just to post "I did it! Today I ate X ...", then this is the place.

SPECIAL NOTE:

If you are on Atkins, please go to the low carb challenge found on the same forum. You will get the best advice and whatever else you need there. You can also come to this challenge to get other ideas, but I'm not luring any of you low carbers over to my thread. Nu uh. (Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain) But no one is excluded.

Also, if you want a COMPLETE challenge, which focuses on water, exercise, nutrition, and whatever else you set for yourself, visit the Bunny Challenge. Great women, great support.

This Commit to your Diet Challenge will just be about setting nutrition goals for yourself and sticking with them. It starts on Monday (March 31st). So far already a few have joined. The more the merrier, but a small group is just as fine.

If you have any questions, ask here or PM me. Look for the new thread called Commit to YOUR Diet Challenge over in the Challenge forum.

Health, can't wait to be in a challenge with you, woman! You're brimming over with inspiration and motivation!

Now lemme understand this challenge would be a goal based challenge..right? "No matter the goal"??

If it is this way i'm sure that wouldnt be a problem for me but if its about a million different diets it would be hard..You know what I mean?

It would be like me scanning through different diets to find exactly what I need. My goal is strictly Weight watchers and to report their and post my stats and how I've been doing on it..Right? Trying to understand..Holla back

Now i'm really confused...ok ok..I see what u mean mommy..That would be liek the bunny challenge. Wouldnt it?

Oh, oh, always a critic never a ... ok, don't know the rest of the line.

Actually, great question, Mer! If most of think we should just head on to the Bunny Challenge, I'm all for it. I think it's paradise in this forum, but this challenge was SPECIFICALLY for those of us who need extra accountability concerning our diets, what we eat, what we eat too much of, etc. It's not about water, exercise or anything else ... just committing to our food plans.

The Bunny Challenge (and every other challenge made by Kaybee, Lisa, Debra) has been the sole reason I have held on, but lately, I've needed a bit more help in the food department. If anyone else is like this, then I thought a challenge SOLELY DEDICATED TO FOOD would help. I hope this explains things.

And Health, if you wanted to join, you would do WW since this is your plan of choice. All you'd really be doing is what we do on the Shredders and Tredders thread ... just posting you achieved your eating goal for the day. Does this make sense?
