Hi, everyone! I saw some questions, PMs, and general confusion concerning the new challenge I'm starting over on the Challenge forum.
OK, it's like this ...
For anyone who has been having trouble sticking with your eating plan, this is the opportunity for you to join others and finally COMMIT to it. I don't care WHAT plan you're doing -- WW, The Zone, the Cabbage soup diet, low cal, low fat, WHATEVER ... head on over.
You decide how long you want your challenge to be although the thread will be ongoing and there will be weekly weigh-ins, which you can opt out of if you wish.
So, if you're waffling and need some place just to post "I did it! Today I ate X ...", then this is the place.
SPECIAL NOTE:
If you are on Atkins, please go to the low carb challenge found on the same forum. You will get the best advice and whatever else you need there. You can also come to this challenge to get other ideas, but I'm not luring any of you low carbers over to my thread. Nu uh. (Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain) But no one is excluded.
Also, if you want a COMPLETE challenge, which focuses on water, exercise, nutrition, and whatever else you set for yourself, visit the Bunny Challenge. Great women, great support.
This Commit to your Diet Challenge will just be about setting nutrition goals for yourself and sticking with them. It starts on Monday (March 31st). So far already a few have joined. The more the merrier, but a small group is just as fine.
