Say out loud that ----- is beautiful. add on to that list every week. Don't forget to look in the mirror while you are saying this.(even if you feel goofy)

You are all beautiful on the inside. Alot of us, including me, has an image problem. Lets work together and change it.

This feels weird. harder then posting negative baggage. It's amazing how I truly feel like I don't deserve positive feelings.

Believe it or not I needed that.

I just looked and it took me a few seconds. But I would have to say I love my eyes. Normally I would have to say my hair but its tore up right now

Ok I am feeling good today so I will posts on this and I do believe we need to do this daily to help everyone understand that we are all beautiful in our different ways :0) Thanks phoenix ~ I have beautiful dark brown eyes that reminds everyone I know of my dad

Which means even more because he passed away 24 years ago so I love it when people say my eyes are just like my dads

I've said it before and I'll say it again: On an Oprah, I heard this statement that I hold on to - I'm not insecure because I'm fat, I'm fat because I'm insecure.

I think this goes to not being positive about ourselves, being sensitive to remarks and a whole slew of other things that I am not going to mention right now.

But, on the theme of this post, there are 4 things that I'm proud of (1 is not a phsyical trait):

My eyes, my smile and my hair.

I'm not sounding so insecure right now, am I??

Iv'e been at this awhile..a friend made me do this 10 ys ago when I was about to try something really stupid
