I made it through the whole entire Tae bo basic video without stopping the tape or resting. I was in desperate need of a shower afterwards and chugged 20 ozs of water but I did it. Im so proud of myself. I thought for sure I would have to stop.. but I didnt I just kept counting off and pushing myself. I'm so pumped right now!!!

Wow! Good for you. I am SUCH a non exercizer. I really need to get off my butt and work out. I actually spent a good deal of money on a recumbent bike at the end of my pregnancy. I should dust that ****** off and go for a ride.
