Talking
Good Morning. I'm hoping that someone may be able to give me some insight from their own experiences, since I'm not sure what I do next . . . I've been taking Phentermine off and on for almost one year. My Doctor is against any kind of prescription weight loss medication, therefore I've ordered my phentermine via the internet. I am a 41 year old mother of three, in very good health, and I have no health issues (other than weight), nor do I take any other medications. I feel that I've done very well (since nothing else worked for me), having lost over 40lbs. I'm 5'11", and my current weight is approx. 182. I'd really like to get down to around 170, which I feel would be a comfortable weight for me to maintain. With my height, at 170, I'd be in a size 10/12 which sure beats a size 20, and I'd be happy with that!

These are my questions: When I went to order my last supply of Phen, they declined my request since I did not weigh enough. I was taking the 37.5. What have others done when they still want to lose weight, but don't weigh enough to get Phentermine? How long is too long to stay on Phen? What about the low dosage of Phentermine - would that be ok for someone still trying to reach their goal weight? Thank you for any info, and best of luck to everyone with their continued success - I know that I feel like a new person and am LOVING buying lots of new clothes! The styles right now are really great!

HI!

Congrats on your weight loss!! From what I have read the recommended time for Phen or most of the appetite suppresent drugs is 8 to 12 weeks. Phen did seem to quit working for me after 2 months then i switched the Phetrametrazine(still can't spell it!) for 2 months! Which I actually liked better!! I then took a break for about 6 weeks-- and just started back on the Phentrametrizine again-- I am like you-- I REALLY only want to loss about 15 or 20 more lbs and just need the extra push! I'm currently at about 142ish-- but i'm short!!! 5'4"!!!

I dunno if you'd want to TRY the Phentrametraizine-- the site I order from lets you if your BMI is 25 or above- I am right at 25 right now-- so i was able to order it-- I think Phen is 27 or 28 right? pm if you want the web site or if ya just wanna chat!!

Good luck!!!

Michelle
