    Exclamation

My sister-in-law has been losing weight like crazy, and she claims that it's mostly due to her new exercise routine...the "Walk Away The Pounds" videos. There's a 1 mile, 2 mile, and 3 mile workout (it's walking in place with other elements added in). I bought the DVD's - they only came as a set with all three of the workouts. It was $39.99 at Target. They also had the VHS tapes sold as seperate workout tapes for $6.99. So far I have done the 1 mile twice, and I like it! The 1 mile is only 18 minutes long, so it's great if you want to get reved up fast. Just thought I'd pass this info along in case anyone is looking for a new exercise routine!

    Happy weekend!

I have the one mile Ill be glad to part with! I did it and after like a week I got really bored. I agree it is easy and a good workout. I have a short attention span and if it is not challenging me then I tend to get bored. I know a lot on here love them and they are good. Its just a personal thing for me.

I do Leslies walk away videos almsot everyday. I agree the 1 mile is boring. But on days I dont have time I can at least get something in, so I throw that in. The videos are great, simple to do, yet you can feel it. The music isnt the greatest. But I've heard a lot worse. lol

If its something that suits u. I say go for it.
I know I personally wouldnt be able to do it. It doesnt take much for me to get bored very easy. Ask my treadmill

I just recently pulled my tae-bo basic back off of the shelf I made it through it I couldnt believe it because its been a while since I used it. My mind was saying eww that was too easy but today my body is saying something different.

I did the walk away the pounds today and the sound they use in the back ground wasn't that bad cause I did all 3 steps with not even noticing the music in the background...I would recommend it...If you stay focused on what you are suppose to be doing you don't even notice what's going on but the exercising.....Toni
