[Stayingstrong]

Just wanted to share with everyone that my kids had another bowling tournament yesterday it was just a summer scholarship tournament and they bowled 6 games in singles. My 10 year old bold a 189 (I wish I could!). Well they all bowled in the same division because their averages are real close and guess what? They took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!!!! How cool is that? They are being presented their trophies Saturday for winning state and they are so excited. They are also being featured in the local newspaper for their accomplishments. Oh and they might be in Sports Illustrated, when we were at the Show Me Games last weekend a reporter interviewed my kids. she really thought it was intresting to see them interact together and that it was a "family" involvement. I just really think it is so cool to see them get along so well, motivate each other, and work as a team even when they are each others competition! I am a proud mama. I had some pictures developed and I am trying to get them scanned into my stupid d#@n computer and so all of you can see my monsters (lol). I also bought a digital camera today and I am going to try it out this week. Tammy

Wow - you have a lot to be proud of. Not only talent but kids who can get along and support each other even when they compete. (I'm think of the Williams sisters - rare but it happens)

Thanks Goldenhawk. They are like alot of brothers and sisters so they have their moments.... but they do get along pretty good. It is pretty nice to see nowadays brothers and sisters getting along so well. Tammy
