You have already come from 256!! Dr. Phil says that when you hit a plateau, no matter how long, it's your body adjusting to your weightloss. You have to allow it time to just readjust itself. Don't get discouraged. Think of it as a good thing b/c he also says if you'll stick through the plateau, that once the body readjusts, you'll start melting the pounds away. So be happy that you are in a plateau! It's just part of the process! I'd give my right boob to be "plateauing" right now! But I'm way up here at 268! LOL!

I've got about 50 lbs to go before I plateau!
