I'm pretty new myself but from what I have read on this site it mostly depends on you alot of people seem to like the blue 30 mg for me they started me with the 30 mg yellow and after 4 days I was so moody and depressed I couldn't stand myself so now I am on the 15 mg and take them twice a day and have know side effects so I think it really varies with each person you might just have to try one and go from there.
