I have back surgery in November. Fun huh? Well yesterday, I went fishing with Chris and his boss on John(his boss) boat. Everything was good until we were headed back to the bridge to fish underneath it. The body of water we were on, it was playing games with the tide. Some places it was high and others it was low. Well John was just going a long with high tide and what do you know?? Some how where it was suppose to be high became low and the boat jerked. The prop got stuck in the tuttle grass. As soon as it did, I flung forwarded. I do know if we were going any faster I would have been thrown. Chris has some nice marks in his legs from my nails!!

But after we got out of the grass, Chris looked at me and asked if I was ok. I had tears in my eyes..NO I wasn't. So John asked and he was so upset because he thought he hurt me. But it wasn't his fault.

This morning when I woke up, I couldn't walk. It hurt so bad. But I did manage to stretch out some and get moving. I called the doctor(back doctor) and I can't see him until September. He is out of town. So I dunno what I'm gonna do. I don't know what is wrong. I just think the muscles are cramped again. So right now, I'm in a lot of pain. I'm gonna try and walk some at the gym. Maybe stretch it out some more. BUt I'm not gonna kill myself!

Can you call a different dr?

You can also call a chiropractor or look into getting a massage.

If you need surgery, a chiropractor won't fix you permanently, but they can help a lot in the interim to relieve pain and tension.

And who doesn't feel better after a massage?

No, I have already had the surgery. I have 2 rods and 4 pins in my back. So I have already called my doctor..he is the only one that can really look at my back and help me. Even though I know a lot of doctors can. But to already have my surgery done by him...I would really like to see him. But I don't know how much more I can take of this. I may be headed to the hospital later!
