OH MY GOD! IS MY BODY FROM SOME OTHER PLANET? WHY WON'T THIS WORK FOR ME LIKE IT DOES FOR OTHERS!??

I havent' loss ONE OUNCE and have been working out three days a week at Curves and eating around 1600 calories per day. I weight 230! I should have at least dropped some water weight to motivate me. But nothing!


Tried taking pills differentyl (37.5 in am. then eat one hour later; tried breaking it in half and taking half in am and other in pm) and of course I drink lots and lots of water....I eat soy nuts, yogurt, fruit, vegetables for snacks, the whole bit.

I can't take this!

I am sorry that it is not working for you. Have you tried the 30mg? I know that some people have said that the 30s worked better for them than the 37.5s. Just a thought cause sometimes more is not always better. I wish I had some really great advise for you but I dont. I will keep me in your thoughts.

WELL THATS JUST STRANGE. YOU SHOULD HAVE LOST WEIGHT EVEN WITHOUT THE PHEN!! ARE YOU GETTING READY FOR YOUR MONTHLY? IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT YOUR BUILDING MUSCLE, YOU SHOULD PROBABLY MEASURE, YOU MAY BE LOSING AND NOT EVEN KNOW IT, THE ONLY OTHER THING I CAN THINK OF IS HAVE YOU HAD YOUR THYROID TESTED. Dreamer, are you losing inches? Are your clothes fitting looser? You are building up muscle (which is great) because muscle weighs more than fat. Maybe you should incorporate a little more protein into your diet, or go back to doc and get new type medication. If that isn't appealing, why don't you try the bfl, weight watchrs, or some challenge. BTW for all who want to know, weightwatchers will be offering the joining without initiation fee starting December 21. Have a great day. And good luck Dreamer. Missus

Dont give up honey. Like eveyone said it could be alot of things and when you have least expected the scale will shock you I would do the measurements though it is an excellent way to measure how you are doing... Tammy

Hey Dreamer, I'm sorry that you're having a slow start. You say that you're taking in about 1600 calories. That's still pretty high if you want to see more than a lb. or two by the end of the week. Also what about your fat intake? I didn't look through your other post so I don't know if this was given to you by a physician or nutritionist. Have you used the "phen tools" on this site to see what your recommended calorie intake should be according to your weight and exercise regime. It's very useful. --- Good luck to you and don't give up.
