ok guys for 4 months i have been doing 3-4 days of cardio 30 min on elliptical 30 min on treadmill or 15 min so 45 min to an hour of cardio
2-3 days of 40 pound weights 3 sets of 12 for two machines for arms and two machine for legs and 150 different types of situps is this enough because now my weightloss is 1-2 pounds a week
