Hi Holi! +Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I don't do phen, lost 28 pounds on WeightWatchers though. Did the ww and exercise. Am currently doing Kathy Smith Peak Fat Burning. Works well. Drink the water bit too. So, good luck in your weight loss journey. Missus

When I did phen the first time (15 years ago) I lost 27 pounds (goal) in 2-1/2 months. I was on very low calories and carbs then and walked a few miles per day.
I just started phen again last week, so I hope I can do that well again. I am eating more sensibly (1200-1600 calories) this time and continue to exercise.
