I'm just starting on the WW Points system..so here goes...
Breakfast: Smoothie made with skim milk, Splenda, and frozen fruit or oatmeal made with soy milk in place of the water with sf maple syrup on top.
Lunch: Usually salad with low-fat chicken, 1 oz. low-fat cheese and fat free dressing..or high fiber whole wheat bread with that same low-fat chicken and fat free cheese with veggies.
Snack: SF jello with fat free Cool Whip or Redi Whip, pretzels, or low-fat chicken with cream cheese and diced dill pickle inside, an apple.
Supper: Egg whites and fat free cheese on that whole wheat bread toasted, a Smart Ones frozen dinner with some veggies, or salad again.
I know....not many ideas here. Sorry...I hope it's enough to give you a lil help.
