    Question

Was on another site, where they were promoting the Special K diet. Basically you eat a bowl of Special K with skim milk for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner you eat what you normally would eat, snacks were fruit and vegetables, and plenty of water. Kelloggs swears they have done research and found that you can lose up to 6 lbs in 2 weeks, Has anyone tried this?

Gosh, i think i would still be hungry after a skimpy bowl of cereal AND have the shakes (a sufficient lack of protien)

A simple scrambled egg w/a piece of whole grain bread will do the body much good
