Personality Test

As you all know I have been laid off from my current job. I had an interview last week and a second interview for the same company on Wednesday. Well they told me that I was a strong candidate (in the lead) and that I need to come back for a personality test. I have never heard of such a thing. Can anyone give me info on this.

Mist if the ones I have taken were situational...like what would you do if you couldn't get along with someone in the office...would you kick their @$$ or resolve it reasonably. Also, like would you steal from the company....I haven't worked in any real corperation...I have only taught...but that's what ours were for school districts...maybe someone else has ideas too...

When I volunteered to help with the smaller kids at church I had to take a personality test - it was basically questions like would you rather organize, demonstrate, teach or supervise type questions. And things like which describes you best: loyal, repectful, determined or honest. All things you want to be, yet you can only pick one. They score the answers and see what jobs best work with your inner self.
