hey yall i eat two new healthy treats first one is reeses cup healthy choice icecream, and the second one is weight watchers french twist rasberry ooh they are good as hell i am so glad i found something good and healthy to eat for sweets cause i was hungry for a little sugar holla at me and tell me about more food or treats you eat that are healthy

I use Splenda to sweeten tea, coffee and cereal. No added calories or fat but the sweetness is there. Also, Blue Bunny yogurt is no fat, 80 calories, sweetened with Splenda and YUUUUMMMMMYYYYY!!

AHHHHH you guys are makin me hungry.
Gotta try the blue bunny this weekend.
I have tried the slim fast ice cream bars, they are pretty good. Also, Klon***e has a 98% fat free ice cream bar...yummmmy they are good too.

Weight watchers ice cream cones are 130 calories and delicious. For low carb and low cal, Welches no sugar added juice pops get my vote... 25 cals and 5-6 g carbs.
