Hi everyone sorry I am late today. Have you done any exercise today? How much time have you spent on this site today? Well now, you know and I know we all come here on and off all day long, which means you can take 15 MINUITS, to move your BUTT!!!! DANCE, RUN IN PLACE, LAY ON THE FLOOR AND DO SIT UPS, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! I had a bad day but I AIN'T GIVING UP!!!! TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY BUT WHY WAIT FOR TOMORROW START RIGHT NOW!!!!

Hey... I'm stealing company time... they might object if I started doing star jumps not to mention it'd give away that I'm not working. But I do walk for an hour+ every day and do a weight resistance workout 3/4 times a week. Does this get me out of trouble health?
