I know EXACTLY how you feel!!!!!!!

I had my tummy tuck and boobs done and man......the day I made my appointments I was soooooooo high in cloud nine it took 3 days for me to return to reality!!! GOOOOOOOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will sooooooo be praying for you!!! ahhhhhh I'm soooo excited for you!

Oh, Lordy, I'll pray for ya! But, I don't envy you. I watched a breast reconstruction surgery (after a mastectomy) that involved a tummy tuck. OUCH...now way I'd have that done. Saw a film on a breast lift too...Nope, wouldn't have it done either. LOL. But, that's just me. Sorry, I sound like a party pooper or something! Didn't mean that. I hope you get approved and all of your dreams come true. Good luck.

It is however, a very serious deal! One not to take lightly or one to bargin hunt on!!!! This is one expense that you should go to the best and pay for the best! DO NOT LOOK FOR THE CHEAPEST!!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BARGIN HUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to the best and research his/hers credentials! Make sure they are board certified you can look um up in the registry! THIS IS A MAJOR SURGERY! It's not as simple as "ohhh just getin rid of some loose skin"

I know you're excited, so was I but, you still need to be smart and do your homework! To bad you're not here I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND my plastic surgeon!!!!!! He did a freakin awesome job!!!!!!!! I cried when I first saw my tummy afterwards!!!! I just couldn't believe how fantastic it looked and felt!!!

You go girl!! And if that stupid loan doen't go through just be patient, you'll find a way!!! I worked a night job as a cashier for 2 years just to save enough money for my tummy!!

Wow Eva!! I hope it all works out for you. I am wanting to have a tummy tuck and possibly breat aug after I get to 140. I have C-section belly and just don't see it going down like I want it just by exercise. I refuse to do all this work to lose the weight and STILL jiggly belly!! Nope, no way!! Also want to have my boobs done to make them point in the right direction again, LOL!!

So- how did it go? Did you get that loan? Did you research for a good dr? Do you mind letting some of us that are looking into that surgery, or least thinking about it, know around what it costs?

Actually, those were videos I had to watch in some of my college courses (have no idea why either). The people looked GREAT afterwords though. But, they said they were in a lot of pain after the surgery. And a lady I know who had breast augmentation said it was painful but worth it! That's why I don't think it's for me but, I don't see anything wrong with someone else doing it if they want it. Of course the woman on the tape could have been a wuss (you know...can't take the pain from a hangnail) and it might not really be that bad.

I'm curious...did the loan get approved? If so, when's the big day. Post pics of the old and new you! Gotta see.
