SHOULD I INCREASE DOSAGE - Phentermine.com

Greetings,

I started back on phen yesterday, and again I was hungry throughout the day, as I am now.

Breakfast: boiled egg & slice of wheat toast, cup of mocha...snacked on carrots throughout day.

Lunch: frozen entree & salad.

Dinner: Brocoli casserole, stuffing, candid yams, slice of ham, and apple.

Was wondering if anyone has increased their dosage? I'm currently taking 37.5 caplet, I drink plenty of water. I was thinking of taking
1 1/2 caplets.

Also, does drinking caffine decrease the potency? I normally have one cup of Mocha in the morning to get my day started.

Please share your thoughts.

I want to increase dosage. I am always hungry and I drink about 192 oz of water a day.

I just got a new prescription for the 37.5mg tablet from my doctor. He said if I felt I needed to take another dose during the day, that was fine. I asked just to make sure I wouldn't overdose on it. I took one the morning of Thanksgiving and one again at 1pm. Thanksgiving dinner was ready at 2:30pm and by then I had no appetite to eat anything. I don't suggest doing it on a regular basis, though. My doctor said it wouldn't kill me but I'm a little leery about taking two a day myself. If it's affordable, I would recommend asking a doctor just to be on the safe side. I went to the low income clinic to get mine, they have a sliding fee scale based on your income. It's also alot cheaper to get an ** from the doc and fill it at a pharmacy.
As for the caffeine, I don't believe it decreases the effectiveness. I drink coffee pretty much all day long and the pill seems to work fine. My appetite is usually nowhere to be found until late in the evening after the pill has worn off. I'm sure the effects are a little different for everyone, though.
