FORGOT TO TAKE MY PHEN??? - Phentermine.com

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone ever forgotten to take your phen in the morning (or just not sure if you did) considering I was running late...I usually take it after brushing my teeth but can't remember if I did or not? What would happen if say I did take and take one now, anyone ever have a bad reaction?

Depending on where you live, I still say its early enough to go ahead and take 1. There is no certain time to take it really, whatever works best for you.

I've done that before.

What I do is just not take it. Since I take the 37.5 mg tablets, I can always split it in half and take 1/2 by 2 or 3 p.m. if I'm feeling overly hungry by then (meaning I probably just forgot it in the a.m.)

I've heard that some people are actually prescribed 2 pills per day, so I don't think taking an extra 1/2 pill could be hazardous -- UNLESS YOU HAVE OTHER MEDICAL PROBLEMS, SUCH AS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, etc.

I would check with your doctor or pharmacist just to be sure. Even if it's not dangerous, you could be up all night if you take two.

It wont make a difference if you dont take it today... There still might be some in your system from yesterday.

It wont hurt you to take another one. You will just get an extra big zoom.. LOL. It also wont hurt if you skip a day. So the decision will be yours!

Forgot to say that I would not recommend taking more than one a day on a normal basis unless your doc has advised you to do so and is monitoring you.
