Today I got my kids off to school and I crawled back into bed and didn't get up till like 4 pm and I didn't eat but once today.... I am even embarassed to admit that I slept all day. I have had a headache for like 4 days, my pms has come and gone, everything that I have cared about exercise, eating right, school work, I just don't have the motivation to follow through. I have gained back 5 lbs over the last couple of months and I feel hopeless. I know I am very depressed but I don't have health insurance to even seek treatment so what should I do? I just feel like giving up. I have never been a quitter before I have always fought for everthing that I wanted and I just feel like I am spinning out of control and I feel lost. Does anyone have anything that works good for depression that doesn't have to be prescribed I am so willing ot try anything. My son and I are going to start reunning together after school gets out because he wants to get in shape for baseball season maybie that will help. I just dont know Tammy

Here in NY we have Family Health Plus, have you looked into low cost or more affordable health care? You need to take care of you before you can take care of your babies, and they need you, you are their one and only #1 Mom. We love you and you are an inspiration to me, now don't lose steam, because there's one chickie here who a) knows you can do it, and b) needs a good kick in the arse herself once in a while!!!!

Thank you guys sooo much. I really needed that. I don't know why I am feeling the way I am I just wish I would snap out of it like yesterday or something.... But I did exercise last night after I posted this and I must say I felt alot better afterwards. I did cardio and abs. I also hopped on the scale and I have lost 2 of the 5 lbs I gained back so that is a good thing!! I made myself go to bed last night at 2 am (even though I wasn't tired at all) and I got up at 5 am to get the kids ready for school and I am not going to lay back down. I might allow myself a nap only if I get all my homework done!! That would be a relief right there if I can get all this crap done! You girls I swear are angels and I can always count on you guys for a kind word just when I need it Tammy
