Lucky, ONLY?!?! You are doing great! If you've gotten to a point to where the scale won't budge, give yourself a total day of vegging out...I mean don't exercise, eat whatever the heck you wanna eat and totally relax and don't worry about it. Then, the next day really get after it again. Be really strict with your eating. If you are walking 2 miles, walk 3 or 4 and add some sit-ups or something. Just really up the intensity and that might work. If you are close to your goal weight than it is a lot harder to shed those last 15 lbs. so don't compare yourself to others, cuz you're doing A-OK!!
