After Phen Stops Working

Does anyone out there have any advice for what to do after phen stops working? I took for several months and now all my food cravings are back. I stopped taking and am considering trying another type of diet pill. Any advice or similar experiences? Thanks in advance.

I am having the same problem. My dr had me on phen for 2 months, off for 1 and this worked fine for about 6 months (august to Feb) i ran or walked every day, did my gallon of water and was able to control my eating. After about the first of Feb, i have gained back pretty much all of what i lost and phen isnt working. I have taken my self off for a couple of months and hope to try again in August. Does anyone have experience with the 2 months one, 1 off regimen??? That month off kills me. I am ususally ok for the first couple of days, then it seems like my brain cant control what my hands put in my mouth!!!!! And I crave sugar. Lots of it.
I really want to start running again but I know I dont dare until I lose about 10 or 15 lbs and at least go back to walking every day or 2.

Thanks for the info katt. I have been reading the postings on the 5-htp and phen together. I am going to order some more phen through the mail if i cant get to my dr and get it so i think i will try to start the 5 htp now to get it going before i start back on phen. I hope this helps because i tried the prozac/phen thing and prozac is not my friend :
