    Hi all!

All oif my life I was told my weight problem was a lack of self-control by friends, family, etc.

When I joined my current diet program, I learned that it's harmones in my body that are a little different from thin person's harmones that drive me to think about food all the time.

As more research is done, this is proven over and over again.

Here is the latest research on the topic.

I think you all need to give yourself a mental hug, say that a weight problem is not some weakness of yours. It's OK -- you lost the genetic lottery on this one, but you won it in other ways.

What the article does not do is give a solution, so once again, I'll say people who loss 50 pounds or more and keep it off

    (1) exercise 2500 calories off a week
    (2) eat 35 to 55 fruit and veggies servings a week.

Yeah, I know it bites, but that this is what needs to be done, but IMHO, it's much better than being 250 pounds.

    Cheers,

    Beht

    WOW, thanks!

I wonder if I'd be able to shoot myself up before each meal. U know what, I think I'd like to be skinny enough to be able to deal with the needles! Imagine, dinner is served... "excuse me, I have to go shoot up, be right back". LMAO!!!!

    GG, where u been?

My thought exactly, pass the needle, who cares about the track marks if I get to be a size 2 -- lol.

I've just been busy, I have a major broken heart I've been nursing and work is crazy.

Hope all is well with you.
