    Unhappy

Hi all, Anyone have this similiar problem? I started taking phen march 8th and about 9 days later I lost 9 lbs! Good, right? Well I thought everything was going well too. But since then, and its now its April 4th and I havent dropped ONE POUND!! Whats wrong? I drink a lot of water, I definitely have more energy, my appetite definitely decreased... SO what's wrong with me?? the first few weeks I was soo happy, Now I wake up with that same agonizing depressed feeling in the morning knowing that once I get on the scale its just gonna show me the same number. And my energy has decreased. Can anyone help me find what Im doing wrong?
Thanks for all your support in advance!!! Im so tired of of being depressedover this! Im ready to cry now!

    Hey Lady,
I started Phen at the same time and have only lost 4 lbs but I have lost in my measurements. Please look at a post that referrs to not relying on your scale. Plus muscle weighs more then fat so you could be gaining weight because of the excercise.

I took phen March 7th - 15th, lost nothing. Stopped while on vacation 16th-23rd, lost nothing.
Started again on the 24th and have lost 4lbs. Don't get discouraged yet. Seems to me like everyones body is reacting differently.

I have a similar story. I started march 9, and according to the doctor's scale I've lost 9 lbs. But, in order to start seeing the scale move I had to revamp my exercise routine. I was running two miles and had to take it slowly but steadily up to four miles. Whenever I get stuck, and my water intake and diet has not changed and I am not on my monthly cycle, I take it as a sign that my body is telling me to increase the exercise. Also, I like to tell my self that my body is saving up all of its weightloss energy to surprise me in the near future. In any case, I think any loss is good, no loss is ok, and weight gain is not good.
    I hope this helps
