I went home for Christmas, and got nothing but compliments. My sister was like... so what are you doing? Working out all the time? I said no... just eating a certain amount of calories everyday. I haven't really gotten in routine of working out and still lost 14 lbs. Then the topper... I went to go see my best friend, who I see every once in a while. And he was like.... UM OK ARE YOU ON CRACK OR SOMETHING? And I was like... a legal form... no just kidding. I feel great and I ate what I want had cookies and ice cream... a wonderful christmas dinner... I just ate in moderation, and I even lost another lb. I am very satisfied with my results, I just need to jump start myself into working out regularly.that will be my new years resolution.....

Anyways... I am telling you guys... just count calories... forget all that other crap, it really works!

I'd lost probably 30+ pounds before anyone noticed that I was losing. What an incentive to add exercise and keep up the good work.
