what could i do to get these ripples from in between my thigh it ****s major
i feel like they are having a conversation about me it is sweaty and uncomfortable i do workout but maybe it is a special workout for this
area



starting weight august of 2007 ,250
cw:185 pounds
goal weight: 150
No longer on phentermine since august of 2007.

From all the reading I've done you can not "target" a certain spot. You can strength or weight train and that will tone your muscles and in the long run burn more fat, but I can not stress cardio, cardio, cardio..... Sorry that you are so uncomfortable. The firm has a really good lower body workout and I love what my exercise bike has done for my legs and rear view. Hope this helps, Tammy

You know that used to happen to me, and the solution is to loose more weight. You can target that area, but to be honest, it wont help much. Lots of women carry excess weight there.

I know this is late but I just wanted to add that squats with weights help a little bit. Using the bar over your shoulders behind your neck is great. Just have a spotter near by. It won't get rid of the excess flab like the losing extra weight will but it sure does help tone up even those inside areas.
